By accessing the MANexus Archive or participating in Synchronous Immersion Circles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a formal agreement between the Seeker (User) and the MANexus Administration.
• Affidavit of Intent: Access to the Archive is contingent upon the submission and successful 72-hour administrative verification of an Affidavit of Intent.
• Right of Refusal: MANexus reserves the absolute right to deny or rescind access to any individual whose documentation is found to be inconsistent, fraudulent, or in violation of our registration protocols.
• Refund Policy: In the event of a denied enrollment during the initial 72-hour review, a 100% full refund will be issued. No refunds will be granted for active subscriptions after the verification period has concluded.
The MANexus Archive, including all Phase 0 immersion videos, linguistic materials, and synchronous session recordings, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Moorish-Amazigh Nexus.
• Non-Distribution: You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view and absorb this content for private, educational purposes.
• Prohibited Acts: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, re-uploading, or distributing any MANexus content to third-party platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.) without express written consent.
• Sovereignty of Content: Any breach of this intellectual property clause will result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund and may be subject to further institutional action.
Participants in the Founders Circle and Synchronous Scholar tiers must maintain a high standard of conduct during live sessions.
• Respectful Presence: Harassment, disruptive behavior, or the sharing of unauthorized materials during live circles will result in immediate removal.
• Recording: Live sessions may be recorded for the Archive. By participating, you consent to being recorded for internal educational use within the Nexus.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Seeker portal.
• Access Upon Cancellation: Access to the Archive remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
The MANexus provides linguistic and cultural immersion "as-is." While we strive for the highest accuracy in our restoration efforts, the Administration is not liable for any specific educational outcomes or interpretations beyond the provided curriculum.
The MANexus Administration reserves the right to amend these terms to reflect the evolving nature of the Archive. Seekers will be notified of significant changes via their registered email.
