By submitting an Affidavit of Intent or enrolling in the MANexus Archive, you consent to the practices described herein.

2. Information Collection & Verification

To maintain the integrity of the Nexus, we collect specific data points during the enrollment process:

• Identification Data: Legal name, contact information, and digital signature.

• Institutional Documentation: Affidavits and registration records uploaded via our secure verification partner (Tally).

• Financial Data: Payment information processed securely through our third-party provider (Stripe/PayPal via Podia). MANexus does not store full credit card details on our internal servers.

3. The 72-Hour Administrative Review

Data submitted via the Affidavit of Intent is used exclusively for the purpose of institutional verification. During the 72-hour review period, your documentation is accessed only by authorized MANexus Administration.

• Verification Failure: If an enrollment is declined, the submitted documentation is flagged for deletion and any initial contribution is refunded in full.

4. Data Retention & Protection

We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your records.

• Active Members: We retain your contact and enrollment data to provide access to the Archive and Synchronous Immersion sessions.

• Archive Security: All video and linguistic content within the Archive is protected; we monitor access patterns to prevent unauthorized distribution and ensure the security of the community.

5. Third-Party Integration

To provide a seamless experience, we utilize the following secure platforms:

• Podia: For hosting the Archive and managing subscriptions.

• Tally: For the secure collection of Affidavits.

• Zoom/Vimeo: For live and recorded immersion sessions.

Each partner maintains its own rigorous privacy standards.

6. Your Rights

You maintain the right to request access to your data or the deletion of your account at any time. Please note that the removal of data essential to verification may result in the termination of your access to the MANexus Archive.
